I only give one star... Here are the reasons... Kent was wonderful and had wonderful customer service.. Less than 45 minutes of my call he was there!! That was awesome. However they are a total rip off!! My tub would not shut off that was the reason of my call. Less than 5 minutes of him looking at it, he was able to tell me what the issue was. He quoted me $428.98!!! There was no way possible I can afford that!! He really understood and tried to give me a 15% discount which did not make a difference for me. I'm highly intelligent, so I googled the part that was needed. The part cost $42.97, It took me all of 15 minutes to replace MYSELF! I would love to know why the labor for him to do it would have been around $375?! Do your own research before signing with Plumb pro!!

We purchased the plum pro lifetime protection and they are suppose to have assistance 24/7/365. Well called today and said no help for us until after the weekend. And we have no hot water heater working which is very difficult to shower in the winter. They did not care and said they can’t pull any thing out off there @&$ to help us. Then she hung up on us.
