Love Dr Giles and Brooke but the front desk receptionist at 9 medical park office is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! After previously speaking with Brooke to get my daughter worked in to see Dr Giles we arrived 45 minutes early for the appointment, met with a negative disposition in front of my daughter by the receptionist. She asked for the name, stated she wasn't on the schedule very nonchalant so I made her aware that she was worked in. Asked if Brooke was in , she very rudely said no I asked if Dr Giles was in and she rudely says NO but you can have a seat. Never once looked me in my face to acknowledge me! Then closes the window. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Right provider but definitely WRONG RECEPTIONIST for the medical field.

Both of my foster children had appointments here. When scheduling the appointments the receptionist was extremely rude. She never told me that I needed to bring the child placement contract from DSS for my child to be seen. As a foster parent, I am also not to sign off on any financial responsibility forms as a foster parent. I was informed that they are a privately run facility and the forms needed to be signed per their policy. Overall, the entire experience was terrible and I feel like my children were discriminated against due to their names and their status as foster children. We will be seeing a different provider.

I love this group of doctors, PAs, Audiology, and nurses. Almost all of my family are seen here. Dr. Hilton is fantastic with my little ones, Dr. King is wonderful with taking care of my needs. I highly recommend coming here for all your ENT issues, they will take great care of you.
