The Mosquito Authority - Columbia, SC

I had both fly and mosquito treatments done. While the fly treatment seems to have worked for the most part, the mosquito treatment has not worked one bit. After speaking with customer service 2x, I was told that even though their service was guaranteed, or I would receive a free spray, I still had to pay for my scheduled spray, even though I was still seeing mosquitoes in my yard. I was also told that it may be harder to get rid of them since I’m starting service later in the season. I’m not sure why I was still guaranteed to see no mosquitoes then. What a waste of money. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Mosquito Authority for hiring such wonderful employees! They are always so pleasant and listen to your needs. Troy was the young man that came out today. He was very polite when I spoke with him and did an outstanding job of spraying the perimeter of our yard! Especially considering it was the middle of the day in some 95° heat! Thank you Troy and Mosquito Authority!
