Ive been going to Sparkle the past few years and they have been great. However, a good number of the nail techs have left and they now have new ones. On one of my recent visits one of the male techs tried to clip and slide off the old dip powder from nails with an artificial nail instead of soaking them, I guess because he didnt feel like waiting for them to soak. I told him to soak my nails.youre not gonna damage my nail bed! He knew this he just wanted to hurry through the job. Another time, this same person pushed back my cuticles with his finger nail instead of using the cuticle instrument to do it. Please stop being lazy and cutting corners. Service: Dip powder
