I just left my appointment and I have nothing but good things to say. I did read the reviews prior to my appointment, but still kept a positive attitude coming in, Victoria at the desk was very pleasant. My nurse Amanda was very pleasant as well. We had great conversation. Was not aware of the many prevention thats out there, but now I am, definitely recommend this place and yes they still do STD testing. The clinic opens at 8:30. I was here by 8:40 a.m as a walk-in. No one was here I got in and got out. Thank you guys!!!

Over the phone they say they only do walk ins but when you get there they say only take 2 walkin per day only at 9am. Tried to get more information and the lady act like she slow and cant comprehend. I been here before and her no issues but the new staff is ridiculous

A late review but just got around to voicing my opinion after I found a stable endocrinologist. I went to CAN for gender affirming care, It was good in the beginning but went down hill quickly. My visits were filled with HIPPA violations on other patients, including my partner who also saw this doctor. My personal business I didnt tell him was told to him by the practitioner. I began on shots but quickly received under the skin lumps thats were hard and hot. When telling the practitioner she told me I wasnt supposed to do it subconsciously even with a subcutaneous needle.. she called a doctor I heard from her phone yes you can as long as its not an intramuscular needle as soon as she got off the phone she told me she said no you cant. I stayed on the shots until I couldnt stand the pain anymore but when switching to the gel I was told by her if you switch your method again I will have to take it away. I shouldnt have to feel forced to take my testosterone in a way that makes me uncomfortable. After that conversation I didnt want to see her anymore and waited 6 months off of my testosterone to find MUSC endocrinology department in Charleston. They have never threatened to take my medication from me and have been supportive if I wanted to switch my methods. When my testosterone patches gave me whelps they had no complaints to switch me back to the gel. Overall I hope they have changed since the time I went but if they havent they shouldnt offer Gender affirming care if they wont do it right and listen to their patients when theyre uncomfortable.
