Steven Jones was the BEST. I called four companies for estimates for my mother A Step Above was the most thorough and the most affordable. All of the other companies went under the house and TOLD me what needed to be done. Mr. Jones showed me pictures and videos of under my mother's house and explained everything that my mother would need. He answered all of my questions with patience, and I really appreciated that. The system is working well and Mr. Jones has my mother on a service plan. I highly recommend A Step Above Heating and Air.

These guys were great. Super respectful of everything and worked extremely efficiently together.
