This is a Guy Fiery recommendation?!? I can make better burgers at home. The Caesar salad came to the table without dressing. Our foursome was disappointed to say the least.

My second visit, doubt I'll go back. Understaffed causing slow service. How do you serve fresh brewed tea without ice? Burger I ordered said it had Frank's Onion Ring...did not taste any Franks. Others in party had items or sauces missing as well. Chicken wrap had overcooked fried chicken tenders. Nothing like my first visit a few years ago. They have some work to do!

Pawleys got off to a bad start. They were out of 3 out of 4 items (turned out to be 2) we ordered. I was thinking this is going to be a bad review. But, the chicken sandwich and Hailey's service saved the review. They also managed to find onion rings that I asked for instead of fries, although I was surprised it was 4 smallish onion rings considering there is an upcharge.

It was around 3:30, 2 adults 2 kids. We were 1 of 5 tables and I cant believe the level of service we received for it being slow. They were out of so many things on the menu, went through two orders before I chose something they actually had. Beer list was the same and the server was unable to tell us what replacements they had, wound up ordering an iced tea and it arrived with no ice?? Appetizer came with no napkins, silverware or plates. When I asked for plates, they never came. We had to use napkins as plates. My salad included the onions and bleu cheese I asked to be left off but was missing the other veggies/fruit it should of had, kids burger was the side of a silver dollar in an adult size bun, fries were coated in thick salt and wilted. Looking through the reviews, I can see this wasnt an off experience either. For a $70 lunch, I at least expect plates and ice in my drink.
