ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DYNAMIC MARINE AND MOTORSPORTS !Overall they are really great guys to speak with. The bad news is they fumbled my deal so poorly that am astonished they stay in business. Accept fact I bought a used boat, however my expectation was that the dealer would be transparent and communicate what the issues were. Despite my detailed questions and prompts, documenting with email/text/phone calls, pictures, and videos it didn’t happen. Not only did they refuse to refund me for labor/items that were supposed to come with my boat, they have called me a liar and fabricator of things that I raised only a few days after delivery.Matt (owner) has refused to take responsibility to make things right. I confirmed with Matt that I would eat the batteries and Trolling motor problems which left him with all the other issues to reconcile. Informed him that if he didn’t take some responsibility, I would review his dealership on the web. He then threatened to have recourse by creating false statements against the business which I work (same industry yet unrelated to my personal boat purchase)Here are the the major items Matt and his dealership refused to take responsibility on:RANGER WARRANTY - I was told I would be the second owner which would enable me to have the 10 yr warranty. After submitting my warranty transfer Ranger confirmed I was the third owner and the warranty request was declined (I double checked this with my local dealer and they confirmed the boat had been titled twice prior) GRAPHS- I was told I was getting Lowrance Live units. Neither of the two graphs were live units. Matt refusing to do anything despite I fact I was lied to about the model of the graphs. RMP ANCHOR LIGHT - I paid for the unit/install to be installed on my power poles prior to boat delivery. Boat showed up with install not being done. Matt refusing to refund me for the labor paid on the install. PARTS LEFT IN BOW CUPHOLDER DURING TRANSIT - Boat showed up after 13hr transit and I noticed a key sitting on the deck of the boat. Then discovered that the locks for my graphs were left in the cupholder on the bow. Some of the parts were missing for the locks however dealer refusing to send replacements despite the fact they didn’t secure them properly for transit. BATTERIES - I purchased two blue top Optima batteries ~900CCA (start and house batteries). Boat shows up with two NAPA batteries in the boat which were only 580CCA. Not only did they “forget” to tell me I wasn’t getting the batteries I ordered, the batteries they sold me did not meet the spec required by the outboard on my boat. After confirming with Yamaha specs I shared this detail. Matt refusing to own up to this error and attempt to reconcile this issue. BOAT TAKING ON WATER - The moment I backed in my boat for the very first time the auto bilge came on. After review it was confirmed that the holes dealer put in the spill plate for PowerPoles were too large and allowing water to enter the bilge. Had the dealer followed instructions PP provides they would have added marine sealant to mitigate this problem. Additionally the gasket for the spill plate was compromised which also enabled water to come into the bilge. I asked for refund on the new spill plate and the labor charge to do the work properly but dealer refusing to take any responsibility. JACK PLATE GAUGE - Before boat was rigged with the new hydro jack plate I was on live FaceTime video call with AJ who was assigned to review the boat with me and determine where the gauge would go in the dash. Despite this, the boat shows up not only without the gauge being installed, I didn’t get the gauge kit till 3 weeks after my boat delivered. When I called the dealer to address this issue they were “surprised” the work was not completed. Matt is refusing to refund me the labor fees for the gauge install that I paid for. TRIM GAUGE - Boat shows up and trim gauge not working. Eventually discovered fact the wiring wasn’t plugged in. Dealer claims this must have happened during transit (along with many of these other problems I am noting) MOTOR COVER - I bought boat which included a motor cover. Boat shows up w/o the motor cover and then was told by AJ (parts guy) that they will ship it to me. After weeks of follow up and reminders I am told they cannot find it and think it was in the boat but of course it was not. Dealer refusing to make good on this and supply what i purchased. TROLLING MOTOR - The very first time i deployed the TM it was so loose I thought it was going to fall right off the bow. Not only were the 6 bolts that mount it to the deck loose such that you could move it by hand, there were fasteners missing on the TM. Additionally discovered that the TM prop shaft is bent. When I first saw the prop, I could see that it was clearly abused and worked really hard. Dealer claims this TM didn’t leave their shop in this condition and claims they tested it w/o any issues. BATTERY STRAPS - I thought it was odd that despite buying 5 batteries for this boat, not all the batteries were secured properly with straps. Matt told me it was a used boat and if it didn’t come with straps then I would not be getting straps. Obviously not a big deal but again highlights the lack of detail and making sure my boat was transit and boating ready when I received it.I have even more issues I could share which demonstrate the lack of organization, poorly skilled shop techs and false communication from this dealership. Do not recommend this dealership. Period.
