I would highly recommend this florist and will definitely be ordering from them again. I had originally ordered from another 3rd party company, by mistake. Little did I know, they had bungled the order and had included this very florist in the the debacle. I went online to order, from Carolyn's as a replacement. The 3rd party had caused such confusion, but the 2 awesome employees spent the time getting it worked out AND the last work day minutes making a gorgeous bouquet to send out. It was even more stunning than the bouquet I had asked for. Thank you!

My daughters flowers were not delivered and the company is not receptive. The phone number doesnt work.

Ordered flowers to be delivered 02/15/24 to not be as busy on Valentines Day. I put in the order online to deliver to my moms job. Called 02/15 at 10AM to confirm the flowers would be delivered by 4:30 because thats when she clocks off work. They said it would be done before then. Hadnt heard anything from my mom still so I called again at 3 I was told no worries they would be delivered before 4:30. Now my mom is stuck waiting in the parking lot for flowers that were supposed to be delivered hours ago. Its no longer a surprise because I had to call her and tell her the driver was running late I will never be using this place ever again. They clearly are unorganized and cant read instructions clearly.
UPDATE: My mom got her flowers in the parking lot. Sad because I requested a specific time so the ladies in the office could ooh and ahhh over them. Delivery driver claims he is late because the shop did not label the flowers as priority even though they were called twice.

My son paid extra for special delivery for my birthday. They were never delivered on my birthday. I finally received them the next day at 9:15 pm because this florist doesn't have help or delivery drivers. The flowers are nice but I told him not to use this florist again.
