        "Pure Fishing Inc." also owns a Hodgman company, manufacturer of fishing waders. My wife requested a warranty replacement of their waders and they stopped responding after she shipped the old waders back to them for replacement. Bad customer service, stay away from Pure Fishing - Hodgman products!

        I ordered a fishing rod for my son’s birthday. They deducted the money from my account immediately. After a few days they sent me an invoice with no tracking. After multiple emails with no response, I called and got a FedEx tracking number. It was scheduled to arrive two days before the birthday. Needless to say, it didn’t arrive. Multiple emails to pure fishing have gone unanswered. I will never again order from this vendor. They don’t care at all about customer service.
