Blue Ginger Asian Bistro

Fantastic food but consistently appalling service. On my family's fifth and final visit to Blue Ginger we waited 15 minutes before being asked what we wanted to drink and then ordered food, appetizer, and saki. The saki, after being asked about multiple times, was finally canceled. The appetizer came out without dishes to divide it on and the only napkins we got were those wrapped around the silverware. The food was delicious as always, but then the plates were never cleared, and I had to ask several times for boxes and the check. The boxes were tiny and clearly not big enough to get half of the food. Waitress claimed they were "packed" although I could see that only 20% of their tables were occupied. Icing on the cake was the ladies bathroom which apparently had been urinated all over. This level of service is worse but similar to what we've gotten every visit. As much as I love the food here, I will not be returning unless there is a change of management.
