        Our cookie that we ordered for our daughter's birthday turned out NOTHING like the picture online. It was so bad that it made us laugh and thankfully my daughter saw the humor in the awfulness of the cookie. They ran out of frosting halfway through her name, the cookie wasn't baked anywhere near the edges of the pan, and the puppy picture turned out looking more like a Muppet. On top of that, the rude employee that was working was so bothered that we interrupted her in the middle of devouring her curly fries, that she couldn't even mutter two words to us. I waited two years to order from this place since the last time the employee was so rude and belligerent, and I see they haven't done any better in hiring since then. We will definitely NOT be back again! If I could give them zero stars, I would!
