The best part of this bike shop isn't just knowledge of what they do but also how they treat me like family every time I walk through those door. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Rebecca and her team went above and beyond during my time in their store! I came in 2 times before actually spending a single dollar with them, and Rebecca spent over an hour each time answering most likely what totaled over 100 questions. I was looking to buy my first road bike, and get into the triathlon world, and couldn't have stumbled across a better business or person to discuss it with! She gave phenomenal advice - not just on the bikes, but everything about that world. After our initial conversation, I spent extensive time researching more on my own, and my trust in them was extended even further after everything I read in the literature online lined up almost exactly with Rebecca's advice! I went to multiple bike stores in Columbia before actually buying, and although I did not have any negative experiences at any local shops, the knowledge and experience at Cycle Center blew everything else out of the water! Buying the bike itself was also a great experience - once the decision was made, Rebecca and her team made sure I had everything I needed (without being "sales-y" at all). I knew I also wanted to buy a trainer, and instead of just selling it to me, also showed me how to set it up and get my bike on it (which saved me a ton of time...it only took me a minute to get it on the trainer at home instead of the alternative of an hour + and YouTube videos). For those looking for an incredibly knowledgeable experience, especially in the triathlon community, I could not recommend cycle center enough. You can tell Rebecca is incredibly passionate about what she does - which is rare and makes the customer experience so much better! For anyone; After going in multiple times before buying, and researching prices online, it was stellar to see that Rebecca sells her Bike's at cost - this was an awesome feeling of getting to spend the same dollars, in person, a local business, without even having to pay a premium for it! I bought an Evo adult tricycle and love it . Rebecca was wonderful to deal with . . She even helped me to figure out an easy way to load my trike into my van by myself. She spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable. It was a great experience
