Incredible staff, outstanding customer service these guys and girls really go above their jobs to make everyone feel welcome and always have great product knowledge when it comes to picking out products!!

Mike (Mark maybe, I feel so bad I didnt fully catch his name) helped me out and when I say he made my day, he made my day. He helped me color match hair dye and asked me questions to make sure I had everything I needed and thought about what I might forget for the dying process...like gloves, which I knew I needed but totally forgot I was out of at home. As well, he was so knowledgeable about the products. Walked in for hair dye and walked out with hair vitamins, shampoo, and everything else I forgot or didnt know I might need to get my hair looking right. He answered all my questions so quickly and I can say this was the BEST customer service experience I have ever had at any store of any kind. I will be coming to this store every time i have a hair question. Never expected this level and quality of help from a visit to Sallies. Usually shopping for beauty and hair products overwhelms me and having a helpful suggestion probably saved me hours of time trying to figure it out myself. What I've always needed and never knew I did from a hair store sales rep. 20 out of 10.
