They did a great job installing my Trailer Hitch. Thanks Darrell for making it a pleasant experience. Update 3/21/22...Since this review over a year ago I've returned several times for the scheduled maintenance. Pleasant experience each time with prompt service and great attitudes from the staff.

Asked for Coolant on the phone for my Subaru, had to get a different person to finish my order so I had to restate that I needed coolant for my 05 Subaru Legacy GT. He said they have it and will have it ready when someone can come pick it up. I had someone else pick up the coolant for me and 2 things were wrong. Firstly, they gave me 50/50 diluted, this isn't a big issue but it's not what I asked for. Secondly, they gave me Blue Subaru Coolant. For an 05 Legacy GT, it takes the Green Subaru Coolant... I have already put hate on this service department but McDaniels only makes mistakes and never improves. Go elsewhere for any service and hopefully everyone here will be forgotten and either they will have entirely new staff or they will just tear it down...

Excellent service Have to buy a new Ignition key and have it programmed had a 12 o'clock appointment they get me Right in and head it done in about 20 minutes the even Washed the car thanks for Excellent service

I would love to rate them higher as I have enjoyed owning subaru cars in the past. However, I cannot say that I enjoyed my service at this dealership as I was not given my invoice for work rendered and when I requested it with urgency as my vehicle does not have the sensors that are required in my model I waited close to 30 minutes for an email of my invoice.
