        BEWARE!!!! I would NOT recommend this bank. They are the most incompetent people I have ever met. Never open when you need them. Does not explain procedures to simple bank errors. They allowed access to someone in a different state to use my card with little explanation and sympathy when it came to the fraudulent charge "it just happens" umm ecplain to me when your handling thousands of MY hard earned income, that oh it happens. When it had NEVER happened before this. I will be closing this account immediately and going to a bank I can't trust. Only few select locations around is a major inconvenience. Do not waste your time like I have, loyalty does not matter to them. I should have left when they changed over few years ago.
