I really like this neighborhood Bi-Lo. It’s very organized and clean. Customer service is amazing. They take care of your needs immediately. Self check out is great as well. They normal have an attendant on duty in case you need support. Their shopping carts are normally in good condition and they have kiddie ones as well. Very nice place to shop

Just popped in to get something for sandwiches while traveling. Found lots of bargains and stocked rv fridge for the rest of the week. Store was clean and the produce fresh.

I miss the lady, Ashley, that worked in the back. She was a little weird but always had my sale soda stocked in the morning. She was the only one that ever seemed happy to be there. Now I have to wait until someone else shows up to stock soda. Very rude managers.

We got falsely charged for items on the receipt, that the cashier said he took off, then the lady in the aisle behind ours said she got falsely charged for items, as well. 2 for $5 cheese, when it's only 12 slices per pack and for the off-brand...yikes. Truly better off going to Ingles or Walmart. Your wallet will thank you. The cashier was nice, but that only gives 1 additional star, when the rest of it was a horrible experience.
