Severely underwhelming experience. Billie not only doesnt return call, but she plays dumb instead of being honest. I will certainly never buy or sell a home with her again.
Im not sure how such a lazy realtor can stay in business, but it is Chester, so the quality of everything is terrible.

In response to the comment made 4 months ago in regards to me not sharing an inspection report: I informed the buyer's realtor that another realtor had done an inspection on the home and did not share the report with me. In fact, the inspector's business card was left on the kitchen counter top for all to see. That was told to your realtor the day you looked at the home before making an offer. I still have the text. I'm generally not a confrontational person, but will not accept the blame for other's misguidance.
