        I came in with a hydraulic hose and there was only one employee in there (I’m guessing maybe the others were busy).i come to Napa every so often to get hoses made for when I’m in town for work, so I know he’s been there a while. He ignored me and kept playing with his phone. He finally acknowledged me and I told him I need a hose made and he said I don’t make those??? So I was walking out and another employee came in and took care of my hose with no problem.
