        For 25 years I've traveled to Charleston, sometimes for the sole purpose of eating at Carolina's. Even one year ago it was wonderful! So sad to see you go.

        Came in for lunch and got great service. Shrimp and grits were fantastic as was green tomato blt. Not one of the better known restaurants in Charleston but should be.

        Based on zagat's review my expectations were mediocre, however, I just can't say enough good things about this place. The food was some of the best I've had, not just in Charleston. (Which is saying something) but I've had great meals in Boston, New York & Tuscany. Carolinas is worth a visit.
