Amy Bolan was awesome to work with as I sold my townhouse. She helped me with staging, prepared a great video of my home for marketing and had my house under contract within 24 hours with multiple offers. I even received more than the asking price! She thoroughly explained every step in the process and maintained constant communication. I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Amy is definitely the realtor to go to! She has years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable of the market and everything that goes into it. She is honest and trustworthy and does not just tell you what you want to hear like some realtors out there. She is very upfront and will do whatever it takes for her clients. Amy is also professional, respectful, and very responsive. She is the go-to realtor in Charleston!

Amy is the best realtor we've ever had, period! And we've had a dozen or more homes. Being out of town landlords we interviewed a number of realtors and Amy was the only one who we were comfortable with, and she didn't disappoint. She helped transition the renter out of our condo during very trying pandemic circumstances, working with us and the renter like a property manager would. She then staged the condo beautifully, coordinated required maintenance, got it painted and actually made it ready for for sale. She sold it within a couple of days! She negotiated expertly with the first buyers and When they backed out she had it sold again for a better deal within a day. We're so pleased too have been lucky enough to find her. She's a pleasure to work with, totally reliable, very responsive, and the consummate professional👍. Obviously we highly recommend her for even the most challenging sale!
