I needed help scheduling appointments and Alethie Deas, who works at the scheduling desk, did an exceptional job. She first scheduled my followup appointment, then she went above and beyond to get me an appointment with my eye doctor, which I was unable to do. She was kind, patient, and listened to me. If I wasnt retired from my practice I would hire her in a heartbeat. Rachelle Shaw DDS

Musc use to be a great hospital. Ever since Covid came in the picture. They have fell off tremendously. You wait at least a week for your pain meds. They respond time suppose to be 48 hrs. If you dont stay on top of them, you will be in pain for at least a week. Ive been with them for at least 10+yrs. And Im DONE with the way they handled the situation/ patients.

I waited 1.5 months for an appointment, so today when I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment as recommended and waited over an hour to not be seen I was very disappointed. I wish I could say good things about this place. I had to cancel my appointment because I couldnt wait any longer, and with the office closing in 15 minutes it wasnt worth 5 minutes of face time with the doctor. My only explanation was next time you are waiting more than 30 minutes please come see check in. MUSC should be ashamed of their patient customer service, Im just glad I got my money back so I can now wait another 1.5 months to be seen.

A nice clean facility. Everyone was professional from the person at the door and the check-in clerk to the xray tech, PA, and physicians. We are very pleased with our experience.
