This practice smells foul. I almost vomited from the strong urine and wet dog smell. I have never experienced anything so disgusting. The doctor was mumbling to herself and to the office plants and her eyes were rolling around in her head as if she were mentally unwell. She used old rusty tools, no gloves and had a foul smelling dog who was wandering around. The office is deplorable and should be shut down. It looks like a hoarders home and nothing is sanitary. This is a danger to the community.

If I could give a negative rating I would. This place is DISGUSTING. Everything is filthy and she has a smelly dog roaming around. She drew my blood without proper PPE and didn't alcohol my arm. She dropped the tube on the floor and proceeded to continue to use it. She poked me twice and had to fish for a vein then got blood all over my sweater and the exam table. All the while not having any gloves on. She can't use the sink in the exam room as it is full of dead plant. This place should be shut down!

Dr. Dehaven always has time for questions and I never feel rushed. She has been an integral member of the team that has helped me for the past 4 years.

I love this practice. The most painless doctors visit ever. Dr. Haven is what I imagine family doctors were like before corporations took over medical offices. She really cares and listens to her patients. I didn't have to wait, she saw me right away. For the review calling the practice unprofessional, I think you are wrong. I didn't feel like just another patient the doctor had to shuttle in and out. I didnt have to wait 30 minutes to talk to a doctor for 30 seconds after getting my height weight and blood pressure. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a doctor that actually seems to care about them.
