East Bay Cleaners is great! Beyond being a Charleston Classic, their service and quality is great! I recently brought in an emerald greens silk dress that I had bought second hand for a family wedding. When the dress arrived, I realized it had some serious stains that had not been visible in photographs. Taking it to East Bay Cleaners, they did a full evaluation of the dress and helped locate all stains. From there, they took excellent care of the dress and were able to lift EVERY single stain given 3-5 days. The dress is now perfect. I had low expectations that it could be resolved, but they did magic! So grateful to them!

PLEASE Do not go here!!! Im begging you, save yourself!! I brought a dress to them to be cleaned and was told it would be ready by Tuesday evening. I repeatedly was told that it would be ready then after double and triple checking, as I leave for a wedding in Michigan Wednesday morning and Im driving with the bride. Tuesday evening, they do not have my dress ready. Okay, not a problem, Ill figure it out, right? Ill just pick it up dirty! The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude to me and informed me that they did not even have it. I was very surprised to find out they do not do their own dry cleaning. They send their dry cleaning to Sandys Cleaners in Ladson. What they do their if they dont do their own dry cleaning I do not know. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs and go next door to Charleston Prestige cleaners which is where I went last time with the same dress (I went here because they opened an hour earlier). They literally charged me HALF the price that East Bay did AND had it ready on time. I hope yall fix your attitude problem and learn give correct estimates.
