I wanted to share my recent experience with Quality Life Solutions. We had an older filtration system on our well and it was slowly dying. I sent in a request from their Contact Us web page. I did that the day before Christmas. The owner Randy called me back that day. He scheduled a visit the next Monday. Got the system quoted and the install was scheduled for Thursday of that same week. The owner was watching the emergency contact line and taking an on call rotation so his techs had the holidays free. The installers, Sean and Scott just left a little while ago. They showed up early even though we are an hour out in the country. They had the old system out and the new one in by 11 am. Hauled off all the old junk and left the place clean. The work they did was very neat and tidy, plumbing looks great. They took the time to explain the whole system to me and were extremely polite and professional all the time. Cant say enough about them, Thanks.

We’ve owned our system for 6 months and are now water snobs. The reverse osmosis drinking water is amazing! Overnight an issue popped up with our system and Quality Life was extremely accommodating to help us in a pinch. Harrell squeezed us in before another customer install and had us back up and running in less than 20 minutes. Harrell was extremely professional and exemplifies the company’s standard of excellence!
