First, we love Restores and look for them in whatever town we visit. The one in Camden moved and does have more space. BUT
1. Parking is difficult. We parked in a dirt lot across the street and ONLY when we had walked across the street did we notice the sign on the door on a letter-sized piece of paper asking us not to. So went back and moved the car.
2. I am 71 yo and have to use the bathroom more often. Not here, though -- not available for customers.
3. When we left, someone who also was confused by the lack of parking boundaries had pulled across the exit to the side street and we had to jump the front curb to get out.
Definitely need some better communication and empathy for customer needs.
