I dont even know where to start with how unprofessional this firm is. I had been calling the firm for a week leaving messages with no return call so I walked into the office. I am selling a farm and had used them when I bought the farm. I was then told by a lawyer at the front desk the wrong phone number was listed because of their old marketing agency was angry at them. Ok no big deal. Weird. But no big deal. I left my contact info and have called to follow up 3 times with no return call. The poor receptionist seems to be doing her job, but said Mr. Cox was very busy. It would have been nice for them to be upfront and say they didnt want my business instead of wasting over 2 weeks of my time and never returning my calls. I also live out of state, and would have to do things remotely. The receptionist said they didnt have a zoom account and wasnt sure how that would work. So definitely not up to date with the remote world. I called another firm and had the contract started that day. Ill never use this firm again. They could have cost me loosing the sale of my farm.
