Front desk refers everyone to urgent care. Says everytime no appts available! Not even same day sick appts. 75 co-pay at urgent care verses 20. Didn't even offer another site location! Immediately urgent care!

This place is horrible can never get an appointment when you need it and they don't allow walk-ins when you need it just go to urgent care way quicker

Pennebaker is as qualified to be a doctor as Dr. Dre is qualified to be a doctor, hes got a long history of being terrible at his job im not sure what the law is or else id share some of the stories ive heard from people whove seen him including my mom whom he was highly disrespectful towards. I've gone here for years but within the last couple of years this place has turned into a complete joke. You're better off at the hospital than here, at least you won't have to wait half a year to see a doctor at the hospital. If you're thinking of going here smash your head into the wall and think again because going here is more painful than smashing your head into the wall and you'll get more results from smashing your head into a wall than you would from trying to get an appointment with these yahoos! They're the Keystone Cops of physicians.
