        I paid my car insurance and they still cancelled my insurance Auto-Owners held my money order for a whole week claim they never got it I kept calling the agent and Auto-Owners couldn't come to an understanding I got my car insurance cancelled when it's wasn't my fault when I know I paid some how the money order came up it was posted before the due date they are so unprofessional they customer service sucks I wouldn't recommend no one to go to them I was treated so unfair

      Alfreda, We are sorry about your billing experience with Auto Owners. Unfortunately, As agents we do not have control on cancellation rules. Your payment was received after the cancellation date, and this was within the first six months of your policy, which is why they wouldn't reinstate.
