image I recently had an excellent experience at the Blythewood DMV. Upon realizing that I had misplaced my license, I visited the DMV at 10:45 AM, and by 11:08 AM, I had a replacement ID in hand. The staff was fast and courteous, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.I highly recommend the Blythewood DMV for any vehicle and voter registration needs. They also offer the option to designate yourself as an organ donor and make a donation to Donate for Life to help others. It's great to see a DMV branch that not only provides efficient services but also supports such a noble cause.

image Called in because I moved in from out of state and had some questions about documents needed to get a South Carolina license. The call system not only takes forever to give you any options but once you get the one you need it rings 1-2 times then says sorry we are getting too many calls so we have decided to not take yours. Bye now essentially. Its frustrating. I just want to not waste my time or my local DMVs time by coming in without all the proper documentation needed and the big office doesnt seem to care if that happens. Terrible automated system and the way they handle the new customer experience is incredibly unhelpful and frustrating.
