I can't say enough great things about this store and the gentleman that has a daughter in the Marines, that took great care of me. I arrived about 15 minutes after store opening and they pulled a bolt out of my tire and had it plugged and repaired in no time. I was very happy with the speedy service and genuine concern the gentleman had for making sure I was able to get to an event on Parris Island on time. He was very personable and made me feel priority in my time of need. Thank you sir, well done. Highly recommend

Had a flat tire on my camper in the evening. Next morning I went here and service manager Michael Newman got me right in and technician Michelle had all 4 tires changed, balanced, torqued and correct pressure in just under 2 hours. I was very satisfied with them and Goodyear. Thank you , guys.

I cannot say enough positive adjectives about my experience with this Goodyear! A week ago, I suffered a sudden flat rear tire. Fortunately, it happened almost right in front of Goodyear. They have been my tire provider for the 6 1/2 years Ive lived in Beaufort, including hard-to-find tires for my roadster, which does not have a spare. Through their research, they were able to locate the two remaining tires of make/model I needed. Their GM made a special trip to Columbia to pick them up for me! Im very pleased that they were able to help me keep the same make/model tires on my vehicle. Thanks, Goodyear, for going the extra mile!

I thought I wouldve learned my lesson because this is the third vehicle I have brought there Long story short rude bother to answer questions have no idea what the theyre doing this is the third time theyve charged me for a vehicle wheel alignment and the vehicle did not need an alignment Im not a mechanic so I dont know but they didnt even go to check it out I explain to him that the steering is off he said no worries will take care of it I get it back and I said theyre good to go I get in my vehicle and the steering is even worse I asked for the alignment print out that shows a pictures of the tires and the angles and somehow they dont have those papers brought it to another mechanic down the road and I was told there is no way that they did a complete alignment because your wheel hub is misaligned so there is no possible way to do an alignment until you fix the wheel hub and there is no way another mechanic would miss that doing an alignment there for a good year knew they were screwing you over and did it anyway Do not go here save your money these people have no idea what youre doing another bunch of pirates
