Hertz Car Rental - Beaufort - Boundary Street HLE

Still waiting on a call for that reservation I made, over a week ago, when you sent me away and said "sorry we dont have cars I'll call you when I get one down here" "you made a reservation over the weekend I dont know what to tell you." I really can't control when people pass away and I need to go halfway across the country, very unprofessional, Horrible customer service. I'd walk before I ever tried hertz again, disgusting.

Had a rental through hertz while my truck was getting fixed from an accident. Fully covered by other party insurance. Got a letter in the mail months later saying I owe them 500 dollars and 10 days to pay it or its going to collections. Cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss why! The WORST place to ever get a rental.

I am not sure what the low rating is all about! Jeff and his team were fast and professional, it took less then 15 mins to complete the whole transaction! If you travel out of the Beaufort area and dont know use these guys to rent cars or vans...your not as smart as you think you are!

I took my niece to Hertz to rent a car to drive home to New York. I was not impressed with the agency at first because it's located in an auto body repair shop. We had to wait a few minutes because the agent was in the back washing a car that had just been returned. Obviously it was a one man operation, at least for that day. My impression changed when the young agent appeared and waited on us. He was friendly, competent, patient and explained everything to us, taking much time to answer my niece's many questions. The SUV we got was immaculate....the young man obviously took pride in providing a quality product. This agency would have received 5+ stars from me if they were in a better location, but I'd definitely use them again if I need a rental in this area.
