        I guess there was some staffing change because the young lady that initially checks you in and draws blood was in no mood to perform her duties. I give it a 3/5 because of Mrs. Driggers and Mrs. Oneyda at the front desk. We really need the people sticking needles in our arm to be on their game. Also, be less judgmental. I didn't appreciate that.

        My 80 year old Mom called about shortness of breath more than 3 weeks ago. They did not try to get her in but simply looked at the schedule, saw she had an appointment today and said we will see you then. Seriously, shortness of breath at 80 and you can see her in 3 weeks, ridiculous. Fast forward to today...she wakes up dizzy, tries calling multiple times, cannot get through to a human or able to leave a message and when she doesn't show up for her appointment no one at all reaches out to her.
