Upstate Physical Therapy

I came to Upstate Physical Therapy after major Rotator Cuff repair. I found the facility to be excellent and the staff to be awesome. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. David and Katie were my main therapists. I found them to be very knowledgeable, I quickly developed trust in them. I have recommended Upstate to friends and will continue to do so. When the time comes that I need physical therapy again, Upstate Physical Therapy is definitely where I will go.

Hello, good afternoon, I have been coming to therapy in this place and it is very nice and clean. I am grateful that you are helping me recover, little by little, I am recovering. I thank you and also the girl who speaks Spanish, she is a good girl at her job. To provide therapy, I thank you for providing a good therapy service for someone to recover. Her name is Ashley. Please continue to support that person because she is the only one who speaks Spanish. Thank you very much. Jt is a good therapist, he helps many people who are injured to recover, he is a good person, I recommend him so that you come here if you need help.

I would actually give this facility an even higher rating if allowed! I had a wonderful experience during my physical therapy with my shoulder. David and Katie were excellent! The staff, and everyone in the facility are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I appreciated Doctor Keese and Ashley guiding me through my broken arm recovery. I now have much more mobility than I did and can use my arm almost as well as before the accident. -Nancy Ellen McKay
