My wife and I have been a part of Boneyard cycles for few years now and we give all them great review from Paul and Tyler and Adam and FuJi and all at boneyard people are great people my family has bought 4 bikes in the past few years and they stood behind every one and if something needed to be done to them to make them good for us they did it you couldnt ask for a better bunch of people

I purchased a custom motorcycle from Boneyard Cycles just over a month ago. I was going to give Boneyard Cycles a great review for being friendly, honest and up front about everything, but it would seem they were not very honest. I was told the bike had been fully serviced and checked over. There was one small issue with the bike I was made aware of, but I wasnt concerned with that issue. However, after leaving the dealership I discovered the horn was not working, and the brake light did not activate when engaging the front brake. I was a little frustrated that neither of these issues were found or addressed while it was being fully serviced. But even after discovering these issues I was still going to give a good review Until this morning when I was getting ready to ride. I was having trouble getting it started, even though I took it out for a short ride yesterday with no issues. So I first pulled the rear spark plug to inspect. First off, it was just short of being snugged. I could have backed it out by hand. Second, when I attempted to reinstall the spark plug, I was getting resistance from the threads, which I thought was odd because I was able to remove it so easily. So I inspected the threads in the cylinder head, and to my disgust I found the threads completely cross threaded and trashed. If this bike had been fully serviced this would have been found and should have been addressed when checking or replacing spark plugs. At this point my bike is not rideable as Im not able to get the spark plug to thread back in, and Im going to have to spend hundreds more dollars to get the threads in the cylinder head repaired. Needless to say, I am disgusted and very unhappy.
