Really long wait and my chicken came out raw. Crap happens but I got no I'm sorry, discount or nothing. I really like this so I hope they get it together.

11:30 Sunday. One table of 5, two groups of 4 and the four of us. The service -- unacceptable. It wasn't the waitress's fault. It was the kitchen staff. All 4 orders were menu staples -- no special orders. 45 minutes for food. The food -- the lasagna was crumbly, only half warm, was sent back as unedible. The chicken in the chicken picatta was over-cooked and dry. The large scallops came on a bed of broccoli, but the Bernaise sauce was missing. The veal, artichoke and cappellini was the only correct meal. The waitress brought the check, but was then given a table of 8 to get drink and appetizer orders. (The lasagna had been deducted). After 10 minutes, I took the check and my card to the hostess, and asked her to process it. She said she'd take it to the waitress. From where I was sitting I could see the hostess. She'd put the folder on her counter and was straightening up. No move to take the payment to the back. The waitress came to collect it and she had to go and retrieve it. Never did see the manager. When we were leaving, the hostess said, "We hope to see you again." I said she wouldn't. She just shrugged and said, "OK." From previous experiences and reviews, poor service is a recurring problem for Travinia.
