Alpha & Omega Hardwood Flooring

Alpha and Omega refinished my wood floor and did a great job for a reasonable price! Something unusual went wrong with how shiny the finish was and they promptly re-did it and came on a Sunday to move my furniture back, as soon as it was dry enough. A word of warning - they don't like to leave windows open because of dust entering the house, so if you are staying in the house and need fresh air for ventilation, be sure to talk to them about it ahead of time. These guys are the best! I had my entire first floor refinished (by another company) in May before we moved in. A section of my dining room floor was damaged due to an HVAC water leak in July, and I called multiple people out to look at repairing it. I have two kids and three pets and moving out for 7-9 days to refinish the entire downstairs again was not an option. Most people didn't want to fool with it because it's tricky to blend, but Wildir was willing to work on it for a reasonable price. He was really easy to communicate with via text and very dependable. He was particular and came back many times to get the area just right, and he really did an awesome job. In fact, we plan on redoing the floors this summer or next and letting him do it because his work was really superior to our original refinisher's. Highly recommend!
