Hello Dylan, Under normal circumstances we at Longo’s always welcome feedback through our reviews to constantly strive to make any improvements necessary to make our establishment one of why we have such a great reputation which brought you to our door in the first place. We thank all of our patrons for their feedback. Your review however is not based on facts of how we operate our business. I’m not sure exactly what night you were attempting to come in but firstly we have a very light front of the house crew we are never 15 people. The picture you posted with 2 servers at the end of the bar having a comp meal would have never been possible unless our kitchen was closed. Our staff food is the last dishes the kitchen makes before their own clean up. That leads me to believe you arrived as some of our last guests were finishing up after already having their meals. Most likely the hostess would have been either attending to other end of the night duties or have been sent home because at that point we wouldn’t be seating any more guests. If it was a slow night we do sometimes make a business decision to close the kitchen early as many other restaurants operate in the same manner as an industry standard. As far as your second attempt to visit our establishment a note was left on the door after we cleared out a private event we held all day at Longo’s. We most certainly did not just hang the sign but as responsible business owners posted that closure for a private event 3 weeks in advance on our Open table reservation system as well as our Facebook page. We put a sign as an extra courtesy in the event any of our patrons did not see the social media blast. Therefore your review is completely unfair! After visiting your own business website and reading one bad review after the other I understand your attempt to be air tight, however this completely unjust to our business.
