We can't say enough about our experience with Pella other than it was truly wonderful. The office staff were very helpful in getting our situation resolved completely and expeditiously. We would also like to mention the installation crew for their expert craftsmanship and professionalism. pella which is u guys said there windows are SUPPOSE to be loose in middle where locks are and if u don't like it return IT..... i had water and ice from top to bottom on glass in the window pane. IT got inside my house that I love . what kind company does that? my 65 year old windows are tight and these are new.window world windows i have are better
