I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the exceptional service provided by David Fontaine and Ocean Westerly during my recent car purchase. From the moment I stepped foot in their dealership, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. David's professionalism and expertise made the car buying process an absolute breeze, and I couldn't be happier with my new Honda 2016 coupe. The ease with which David handled the transaction was nothing short of remarkable. He answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely and thorough manner, making the process stress-free and enjoyable. David's knowledge of the vehicles on offer was incredibly helpful, and he was able to help me find the perfect car for my needs and budget. The entire team at Ocean Westerly was also incredibly professional and courteous. They treated me with respect and kindness throughout the process, making me feel like a valued customer. I appreciated the attention to detail and care that they took in ensuring that every aspect of the sale was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend David Fontaine and Ocean Westerly to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly second to none.

Do not take your vehicle here for service, even if purchased from this Dealership. They do not honor their work when faulty.I bought a Ram truck here brand new in March 2020. The salesperson and my entire experience buying the vehicle was not an issue and the truck was everything I had hoped for 2+ years.I had an issue with DEF being introduced to my fuel by another party, BIG problem. Brought the truck here to be fixed in mid August. Despite insurance covering the repairs it still took almost a month to get the repairs done. Literally picked the truck up 2 days before I was scheduled to relocate to Maine for a job opportunity. I understand supply chain issues so I don't necessarily have an issue with the length of time the repair took, only that it was down to the wire.Fast forward 1 month, when I get in the truck on a Monday morning to go to work (had recently driven the truck to Massachusetts that weekend and back with no issues) and the truck will not start. Indicator on the dash says water in fuel. Had not done anything with DEF since getting the car back from Tasca and had been filling at the same gas station since moving to Maine but here we are.Was able to get the truck to a local to me large Mopar dealership and the verdict was that the injectors were not properly programmed when replaced and the fuel rail was not replaced at all which I was told (and also saw the print out from Chrysler) is standard procedure with this type of job, thus causing the fuel system to be contaminated again and the entire 10K+ job needed to be redone.Obviously insurance will not cover faulty work done by a third party and the local dealer is unable to warranty the parts due to the critical step being missed. So I reached out to Tasca to see if they would make it right. I spoke at first with the service advisor Jose whom I had dealt with during the initial repairs. The service manager from the dealership here in Maine had also been in touch with Jose to try to get this taken care of. Both he and I were told that Tasca was not responsible and I was basically out of luck.I escalated to the service manager Gregory and after leaving multiple messages was more or less told the same story and that either the dealership I have the truck at now could somehow warranty bad parts (even though the parts themselves did not fail, but were ruined due to poor workmanship) or I was going to have to pay out of pocket.Long story longer - this shop will not stand by their work and you will have to have their work redone by another shop and will be stuck with the bill for another 10k+ in repairs.Their website has this commitment listed"We humbly pledge to continue the Tasca Family Commitment that YOU WILL BE SATISFIED"I, for one, am not satisfied.

Had an old warranty issue with my rear window. i was told all old service representatives had been fired and they had no records of me going there except a part that they ordered in December. Now the new service manager Mike aka (D$#k) says he can't warranty the issue and needs to do a diagnostic for 150$$. They never called me back, had to pull teeth to get an appointment. Once there they never called me with any update, so I showed up at 4:45pm to pick up my truck. Nobody in the service could figure out what was going on finally after 35min they gave me a quote for 1200$$ to fix the window. Now understand I purchased an EXTENDED WARRANTY that says I should only pay 100 dollar copay for work done. From my experience I would not recommend the service department for any work. Honesty is a thing of the past
