        The one star is for being closed. Google should let searchers know that it is closed. May I suggest finding New England Gold and Silver, a great little jewelry shop in Pawtucket that had great deals and service.

        no stars..  all I ever did was get jerked around by the owner of Holmes when I had my jewelry on consignment..Had a ring put aside for a customer for a whole year and kept telling me to come back every week that the customer would be in to pick it up. Never happened. Lost a ring I had consigned and again kept jerking me around to keep coming back he would look for it. Never found it. I would never step foot in that store again.

        I went in to have my grandmother's diamond set in a different setting. I picked a setting that my fianc has received more compliments on and they customized the band. Absolute impeccable service; when I went in to pick up the engagement ring, I was so nervous that they tied the ring in the bow for me. Great work, great customer service... give them the time of day when shopping around! My family has been using them for years.
