Showed up on time, accomplished the job of draining the septic tank. Nice people.
Unfortunately was charged an extra fee of $75 for “finding the access valve” which legitimately took about 6 minutes of time and then proceeded to dig up a big chunk of backyard.
Despite grass being ruined “sorry it should grow back!”, still charged an extra $75 for the 6 minutes of locating the tank.
Won’t be using them again. Frustrating experience

We needed to have our septic system pumped. Our town was requiring routine pumping and we are getting a new driveway on Monday! I called Friendly and they were here the next day! Stuart was most agreeable, did a careful job, called me back, was on time and even took care to leave the area, as he had found it.
We liked that he answered the phone from his truck and took care of all business himself!…no leaving messages with an ‘office staff!’
