image Ordered apnea parts. Wrong ones sent. They told me they would send me a UPS ticket so I could ship them back at no cost. Never received UPS ticket. Just tried to call them to confirm return address so I can just ship parts back at my expense and call was picked up by answering service.WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS??? All I want is to get the replacements. I had to switch from Absolute Respiratory Care in Johnston because of insurance. They were FABULOUS!!! I may have to just order the parts I need on-line and completely avoid these clowns......and AETNA--you stink!

image cousin has son with Muscular Dystrophy and is an old wheelchair for the new one has not been fitted or fixed to his need so it has been sitting in a corner for a year. She has order some stuff and they say they are in and she never gets tham or when she calls no one knows about the order. I have contacted the attorney general in her state and the better business bureau to complain. My cousin spends alot of time caring for her son and gets very frustrated with the run a round this company gives her. So if you have a family member that is in need of medical equipment find another company i suggest this for all the problems she has gone thru thank you

image Find someone else. They never send my supplies on time, they are currently 3 weeks past the delivery date of my last order and during that 3 weeks I've called every other day and no one answers the phones, if they do they tell me I'm not in the system and to hold while they double check, they then either hang up on me or disappear into the hold void for hours! I have currently been on hold for 2 hours. This place is a nightmare!!!!! Anyone saying they are good is either vanguard in disguise or on that super top secret CIA crack that has the side effect of making your mouth mutate to your backside making you talk out your ass. Also currently on the phone after 2 hours of holding And they blamed the manufacturer for my supplies being late, but she can't tell me when I'll get supplies and her manager couldn't tell me either. I'm fed up I'm switching I suggest you do the same.

image I have also been dealing with Vanguard for years as someone else wrote. They have the worst communication of any business I have ever seen. They didn't have the CPAP mask I needed and had to order it, but messed up the order. I also had a problem with my CPAP machine, they did not have the same one to replace it, so they gave me a loaner. I waited two months and called to see if my machine was ready, nobody knew, got the run around. I waited two more months and called my health care provider and said they had my machine much too long and are they just trying to wrack up a longer bill for the loaner. The United Health Insurance rep said that Vanguard never even put it in the claim. Another several months go by and they finally call to say my machine is ready. I decided not to return the call and make them wait this time. They ended up sending someone to my house (unscheduled) during the day to swap machines, but I work so no one was home and they left a note. A couple more weeks go by and they send a letter threatening legal action if I don't bring the machine in. I'm swapping the machines out today and going in to yell at some one. I highly recommend you find some other means of getting your medical equipment.
