As a former of employee! by far the worst place I’ve ever worked. I started as a temporary worker put my time and endless effort in . I finally got hired for the powder painter position it was all good at first like with everything then little by little things started to change and fast I started noticing a pattern the 1st of being a racial discrimination environment I can explain by saying the office part is all white the warehouse workers are 95 percent Spanish they time after time favored the office people in a lot of different situations one being Christmas Eve they went home after a half of day meanwhile everyone in the warehouse ( mostly minorities) stayed until closing I thought was the biggest slap in the face meanwhile the owner Larry and his pet Jason Goldstein home enjoying there family’s that’s when I knew this place wasn’t for me they run there warehouse like a Concentration camp in China with cameras everywhere just to watch us and listen in on our conversations make you work 10 hr days not optional and a half of day every Saturday Just blatant ignorance in your face because it’s privately owned they do what they want we worked holiday after holiday away from our family all they care about is slaveing us the faster they push us and the longer hrs we work more money in there pockets that’s all they care about there 401k plan sucks I believe they only match 5 percent you pay your own medical so the benefits they offer is useless I warned you don’t apply or do business with these people it’s a very dark place inside those walls they pay you like a immigrant with no papers makeing it hard to survive or feed your family outside of work they have not gave raises in years and if so it’s usually nothing more than a Quarter after 2 years the only place where you will get written up for being late meanwhile the supervisor (can walk around and sexual assault the Minority females and still have a job and the owner Larry and Jason the co owner/ Financial director did nothing no action talking at all no investigation no suspension nothing cause she’s a minority it’s says a lot about this company if the only people in power just let it be thrown under the rug if it was a Woman from the office it would have been a different story I’ve seen them even set up there own employees to Have a reason to fire them but if you stand for something any company buying from these animals PLEASE DONT I can not make this up horrible place DONT APPLY I recently quit was not fired just speaking on what I witnessed can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes don’t waste your time you will regret it
