        I was required to drop my car off at 2:30pm. The day due, we dropped off at 2:25. The manager told myself and another customer to leave the keys in the car and they will send us an email receipt. They clocked the car in at 4:50 and charged me another day. Dont trust management, get a receipt if you decide to do business with them. Another manager Don San Antonio told me there is nothing they can do and to call customer service, which opened up a case and should have an answer in a few weeks. Scam and laziness. Their job is so simple and yet they fail.
