        Chris came out looked and assessed 2 rugs; it was invaluable to me in order to make some decisions. He could’ve been unprofessional or knowledgeable and just scheduled a cleaning and take my money…. But he didn’t and offered his professional opinion and explained why my carpet could not be cleaned and restored.
