        They don't prorate their fees when you close your account. They say it's almost the end of day and it sounds like they can't wait to leave at 5 pm. Talked to the supervisor and she hung up on me. Spent a lot time on hold. Anne Marie did call back. But she wouldn't budge on giving my $25. I like it when transferring to the supervisor that it was taking time to boot the computer up.

        Just thrilled with the assistance I received in getting my inherited IRA account opened. Zach Sholtz was an excellent account advisor in time of need. It certainly made a hard time a lot easier. My mom had an account with another investment firm and moved over to Fidelity. Her account has grown tremendously, and even more after her untimely passing. Zach was able to help me get through the account transfer process smoothly. Thank you and all Fidelity employees for your assistance. The money will help me tremendously.
