        They overcharged & just can't get information straight! I was in no rush & I know I owe, which is fine. But they hold your original paperwork until you get your refund or pay. My LAST time doing taxes with Liberty. Not worth it!

        There sevice is very poor they do not follow up on anything they say they will always answer with will look into it and call you back tomorrow and never do they charge what ever they feel like there is no price line and it is way to much i suggest going any where but here.
