        In the summer go to Flan y Ajo with a group of friends to stand around "barrels" outside, to sip wine (BYOB), and to pick at your Tortilla Espagnola under the tiny white lights that line Westminster street. In the winter, grab your date and sit shoulder to shoulder while soft lighting from the exposed kitchen bathes your Quimet in an orange glow. No matter the season, Flan Y Ajo offers reasonably priced and reasonably authentic Spanish tapas, with only the added charge of a corking fee ($5). The menu stays relatively static, but they are sure to inject a surprise or two now and then depending on what types of fish, oysters, or exotic veggies are in season.
