Can't say enough good things about this company. Have done business with them for 15 plus years. Had my windows and sliders replaced 12 years ago and large bay window last year. Had a problem today with one window I replaced 12 years ago and they are sending a repair man out this afternoon. The windows have been great and the service is even better. BRING IT BACK? FOR WHAT? TO WAIT ANOTHER 6 WEEKS? FORGET ABOUT IT.First they told me that they were short staff,this is why the window replacement was going to take that long to di, then 4 weeks late they told me the shipping of the window wasn't made yet, then finally I got the window, the window doesn't fit because they mess up on the height by .25 inch, never will buy a window from this place
